Swedish massage is one of the most common types of massage. It uses a combination of friction, gliding, strokes and kneading movements to target the muscles. It is also considered one of the fundamental techniques that led to the development of other types of massage therapy.

Indian Head Massage

The upper back, shoulders, neck, head, and face are the main points massaged. No oil is needed, but you can use oils if you wish. Deep Tissue Massage

Deep tissue massage is mainly used to treat musculoskeletal problems such as strains and sports injuries. Unlike other massage techniques that focus on relaxation, deep tissue massage helps treat muscle pain and improve stiffness but can also help you relax mentally.
Deep tissue massage uses slow, deep strokes to apply sustained pressure to reach the inner layers of your muscles and connective tissue. It also helps break up scar tissue that has formed after an injury and releases tension in muscles and tissues. It promotes faster healing by increasing blood flow and reducing inflammation.
Aromatherapy Massage

Aromatherapy massage combines traditional massage with the holistic benefits of selected essential oils that benefit both the body and the mind. It can be combined with other types of massage such as deep tissue massage, Swedish massage, prenatal massage and hot stone massage
Essential oils are natural oils extracted from flowers, bark, stems, leaves, roots or other parts of a plant. They can help with; anxiety, stress and depression, insomnia, nausea, pain, reduction of muscle tension and increased serenity and relaxation.
The essential oils are diluted in either a lotion or a base oil (grapeseed oil, sunflower oil, arnica oil) before use and specific blends are created for the desired treatment.
