- Minimum 3+ years’ experience in dental administration, including bookings, patient coordination, and data capturing
- Dental Assistant qualification and/or chairside experience (advantageous)
- Proven ability to manage high volumes of patient inquiries and convert them into bookings
- Strong communication skills across written, verbal, and telephonic interactions
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, able to multi-task, strong reporting skills, with attention to accuracy and timelines
- Experience supporting treatment plans, quotations, and patient follow-ups
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while maintaining high service standards
- Professional, confident, and empathetic in all patient interactions
- A proactive team player who can also work independently
- Weekday (08h00-17h00) and weekend (08h00-13h00) locums needed
- Current Medical License and up-to-date HPCSA registration (2026/2027)
- Passionate about family medicine and maintaining our high standard of comprehensive care and empathy
- 3+ years of experience post community service
- Weekday (09h00-17h00) and weekend (09h00-14h00) locums needed
- Active and up-to-date HPCSA registration (2026/2027)
- Ensure compliance with HPCSA and SADA standards
- Supervise and work with dental assistants and support staff
- BChD or equivalent degree
- Specialisation in Endodontics, Orthodontics, or Oral Surgery (advantageous)
- 2+ years of experience in dental practice
- Provide comprehensive and specialised dental treatment (including paediatrics, prosthodontics, oral surgery, endodontics, and orthodontics)
